Only 19 per cent of employees feel confident using artificial intelligence at work, according to a new report by the Achievers Workforce Institute.

The report, which analyzed responses from 3,000 global employees, revealed two connected trends: a two-year decline in the percentage of employees recognized weekly (17 per cent) and a widening gap between AI investment and workforce readiness.
