Survey finds 20% of gen-Z men taking mental-health leave
A fifth (20 per cent) of generation Z male employees say they’ve taken mental-health leave, leading the way among different generations, according to a new survey by The Standard.
The survey, which polled roughly 5,000 U.S. employees, found 14 per cent of millennial men have taken mental-health leave, followed by 11 per cent of generation X and just six per cent of baby boomers.
